Peak Season (December 1st - April 30th)

– Weekly Rate: $1,200

Off-Peak Season (May 1st - November 30th)
– Nightly Rate: $150
– Weekly Rate: $1,000
– Monthly Rate: $4,000
Additional Fees
– Cleaning Fee: $100 (per stay)
– Security Deposit: $300 (refundable)
– Tax: 12.5%
